About Me

Hi, I’m Penny—a life coach who specializes in guiding young adults through life’s most important transitions. But before I tell you about my coaching practice, let me tell you a bit about myself.

I live on the Outer Banks of North Carolina with my husband and our spoiled dog, Riggs. Together, we have a blended family of five boys ranging in age from 18 to 29, each with their own unique journey.

Growing up, my life wasn’t easy. My family wasn’t perfect, and I didn’t fit the mold of the “perfect” student or athlete. My parents divorced, and I spent most of my life estranged from my father. And when I faced my own divorce, I felt like everything was falling apart.

But life coaching changed everything for me. It helped me shift my focus from the things I couldn’t control to the things I could. And now, I want to help you do the same.

As a life coach, I specialize in guiding young adults through life’s many transitions—from high school to college, college to first job, and beyond. I understand the challenges you’re facing and the “If Onlys” that may be holding you back.

These “If Onlys” might sound like…

If only I could be who I really am…

If only I could find my partner…

If only I could find a better job…

If only my parents understood…

If only I had more time…

Together, we’ll work to identify your values and priorities so you can create a life that aligns with what you truly want. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just uncertain about what path to take, I’m here to be your guide and support system.

So if you’re ready to break free from the “If Onlys” and discover what you really want out of life, let’s chat.
